Shipping:

Since most items are one of a kind they are ready to be shipped promptly. Under normal circumstances they will be shipped out within 2 days and should arrive to you within 5-7 days. If you need your order more quickly that can be done for an additional charge.

Returns and Warranties:

Susan B. Smith stands behind her product. Exchanges and refunds will be issued (by means of original payment) for up to 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. A $10.00 out of circulation and restocking fee will be deducted from the paid amount. If a piece becomes damaged through shipping or during the first 30 days we will repair it at no cost to you. At any other time we will charge a fee depending on the extent to which the piece is damaged and the availability of its components.

In the unlikely event that more than one person orders the same item, the first to order will receive the item. The other will be notified and will receive a complete refund.

Privacy Policy:

Susan B. Smith will keep any and all information given to us confidential. We do not sell or share our customers’ information with any other vendors, suppliers, or websites. Your credit card information is secure through PayPal.

Please indicate if your purchase is a gift, and the receipt will not be enclosed in the package. It will be sent to you for your records. We will also wrap your gift as well as enclose a jewelry pouch in which the piece or pieces can be stored.
